Great staff and decent food but for the kids meal, limiting the amount of veggies kids can put in their tacos is wierd. After getting corn and asking for peppers but, sorry, you can only have a pinch of one veggie kid, that’s not cool, we’ll just go to Subway. We’re always looking for good and healthy-ish fast food due to busy schedules….don’t tell a kid he can’t have more veggies and no one is paying extra for a mini scoop of peppers

Very ordinary taste IMHO. I found the taste very bland. And also... Their packaging is only in English. I wonder if this doesn't contravene law 101 to be very honest..

My wife and I picked up two Burritos here recently on October 27th. In her Burrito, she came across a STAPLE! We immediately called the Burrito Bar to report the problem, but the cashier gave us attitude and claimed there was no way there could be a staple in their Burritos. However, in the same sentence, he adds that "the only stapler is near the prep counter" for when they close the bags of ingredients... well, lo and behold, they dropped a staple in their prep dishes! The young man should have taken us seriously and assured us that he would inspect the ingredients in the prep counter before serving other customers! But he preferred to send us away.
The cashier refused to put us in contact with the BurritoBar manager and we have still not been contacted by management following our emails of October 28, 2024. This situation is unacceptable, the cashier's customer service is pitiful. Luckily my wife found the staple while chewing! Otherwise, hop to the hospital. Then hop, a chase.

I ordered a medium burrito, he put a river of sauce on me so I went back to get another one or get a refund, he could just give me a gift card so I said make me another one, she just wanted make me a little one I said no no you're going to make me some that I paid for and she poured a lot of sauce right in my face I couldn't believe it I hoped it would taste better but no always juicy it's a burrito not a soup

Very dissapointing service. I am a regular who gets the same thing each time. Im not fond of meat or beans so i get a bean burrito with no beans ans ask for lots of rice, corn and a little cheese and lettuce. Today I was "limited" in what i could get as rice and corn and was spoken to very rudely when I asked when did this change. I will not be coming back unless this changes. Atleast offer to charge me an extra for it. No. Instead both employes talked over me until they were yelling at me because they need to respect certain "guidelines" that were never a problem in the last 3 years ive been coming to bar burito regularly.
