Our service was particularly slow. There were many items that were empty and hadn't been refilled during our 20 minute wait. Some delivery guys had been there for over 30 minutes, waiting for the orders and some of the orders were cancelled because it took too long. The staff were away from the counter for a while as well, seemed like there was something wrong in the backstore. I'm not impressed.
