I will start this by saying we all REALLY enjoyed the beer. Belgian IPA, West Coast IPA, Mexican lager, all great. Service was also fantastic. Prompt, polite and accommodating. But the food.. oh the food. Where to begin?Vegetarian pizza: bland, no salt, DROWNING in olive oil.Beef tartare: bland, no salt, it was room temperature and almost a bit brown looking. Not as fresh as you would expect and questionable at best.Wings: For the money paid, I could get better wings at Pizza Hut.Poutine: The only saving grace, awesome curds, BUT barely warm!I would go back for the beer and the service. They were both 10/10, but wouldn’t spend my money on anything from the kitchen. Room for improvement.

I've been here so many times and it gets better every time. The brewery releases new drinks seemingly monthly (be careful not to fall in love with any like I did!) And they're definitely known for their poutine among my friend group. Their patio is stunning especially after dusk and their staff is always helpful with a recommendation or a creative way of describing the new rotation.I've been to a handful of the pubs around the NCR and this one is the absolute bees knees. The best part? Not a single television in sight.Once you're finished, walk through their free museum which focuses on Quebec's role in brewing during Canada's prohibition.

Nice brew pub with plenty of beer choices. Food is great here too and the service is friendly. There used to be duck options here but I did not see them the last time I went. Pity as the duck salad and confit were great!

It wasn't so busy but still took a while to place our order. The location is nice, by the river. Food was good but not fantastic, which makes it overpriced.

Phenomenal food and consistant efficient costumer service. This place never disappoints.I love that the staff is diverse.Equally male and female and different ethnicities. All Ottawa has is white blonde waitresses. It’s important when costumers of all races feel seen at the place they are eating.I will always keep coming back.

Our cycling group stopped there for lunch, lured by the attractive waterfront patio adjacent to the Brewery Creek in downtown Hull. Service was quite slow, took a long time for our group of 8 to be acknowledged and brought to a table. Water pitchers arrived pretty quickly, but we ended up having to fetch a couple of menus while we waited several minutes to have our lunch orders taken. When the food finally arrived, one of our party did not receive their meal. Took another 10-15 minutes for the last meal to arrive. A couple of meals were not as requested but by then we were past sending anything back. Bill payment was a bit unconventional... Bill showed a suggested tip added to the bill, in large type, with the smaller actual bill amount printed below. Left some wondering what the actual bill was, others a little perturbed that a predetermined tip may have been added (even if it wasn't), especially when service was quite slow. Our waitress seemed unclear or had difficulty explaining as well.

We had a great time! Pulled pork poutine and beef tartare bomb. Friendly service! Looks small outside, huge inside!

Beer is good... When you can get it. Was sat on the patio, told to choose whatever table we wanted then no server for over 20minutes. Same for other tables around us, no one had drinks or food. Why even allow us to be seated on the patio if you don't have servers scheduled??

Always seem to be disappointed by this establishment. The food is subpar for the price and the service is slow. I've been turned away to sit on the patio on a couple of occasions due to staffing. Most recently, the reasoning was that it was going to rain in "a few hours"... don't know how that is an issue when umbrellas are up and its a beautiful sunny day and the restaurant was empty. The beer is the one positive of this place.

My family and I recently visited Les Brasseurs du Temps last Saturday evening, and I have to say, we were blown away. Our server was awesome - friendly, bilingual, and lightning-fast with the orders. We had a great time perusing the beer menu, which had a lot of variety, and the brews we ended up choosing were all excellent. Our boys were stoked when the bartender made them some virgin strawberry daiquiris. They were so good, we might have to come back for some adult versions next time! And the food - wow. The steak was cooked to perfection and everyone else's meals were equally impressive. We were really impressed when the chef popped out to ask how our food was and chatted with our boys about their hockey playoffs. It's little moments like that which make dining out so special. All in all, we had an awesome experience at Les Brasseurs du Temps. It's not often that we encounter such great customer service and excellent food and drinks at a local restaurant. We highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a memorable dining experience in Hull. A big thanks to the staff for making our evening so enjoyable!

The service was amazing and made our night. The place was empty (most likely due to the -39°) which is a rare sight. Food was ok. Although the menu is varied and prices reasonable, the food is served in trays vs. Plates. It had moved around and portion barely filled half.Nachos are always a good choice here and the sweet potatoe fries were great. The burger was tiny even though the list if toppings was quite long. Fish and chips were ok.Might go back in the summer.Parking: Hard to find parking evenon slow nights.

Good selection of beer, cocktails and sangria. Can’t go wrong. Bistro style foods are okay. Typically go for the pulled pork nachos and #2 beer. Their beer mixed sangrias are pretty good too. Sometimes it can be slow to get drinks, food and bill, but if you’re around good company it’s not the end of the world.

Third visit, food is tasty and service is great. Great place to hang out.

Could've been 5 stars if it wasn't super-busy, we went Friday night, that was a mistake. I'll explain:Food: VERY good, and I mean it! I took the lamb and my wife had the putin, and both were amazing. Our friends got the steak, which was good, but very small (which I guessed it would be, because it's surprisingly inexpensive for a steak) which brings me to...Price: Very affordable! Especially considering the quality. Same thing for the beer... Which brings me to...Beer: Not great for my taste, but I could taste that it's of high quality.... Just not my personal favorite, and I tried 4 types. My friends liked it though, so don't trust my beer review as objective.Service: Pretty bad. We could barely get any service when needed, because the place was really packed, and each server has like 10 tables... But that's no excuse. They need more servers... So I just tipped 10% instead of 20%. That way, the server makes the same money giving bad service to 10 tables instead of good service for 5 tables. My wife and I had 4 beers and 2 mains, and it was about $110. So I wasn't kidding about the great prices.

Awesome beer but the food leaves something to be desired. The mussels were incredibly bland, and my partner had the chicken wings and they didn't seem well cooked (not crispy and verging on underdone). Really lovely service though, and I'm sure the patio is great in warmer months.
