Slow and careless service
Two very cold Florentine egg meals and one with excess scales
Very dirty bathrooms and the restaurant in general too

Eggs Benedict so cold the cheese never melted and lots of egg shells. Mentioned to the server and no action taken to compensate for the shortage. Also super long before being served. I would go anywhere before going there for lunch.

Very disappointed!! I went to eat with a friend, we ordered but did not receive the assistance and I received a call from the hospital saying that my grandmother had a few hours left to live… I went to see the waitress to tell her that I had to leave... she literally laughed in my face saying that my plate was on the pass and that if I didn't pay it, she would have to pay! I mentioned to her again that I was going to die and she told me to deal with the cooking. The cook told me ''I'm going to take it out for you and make it right'' I told him that no, that I wasn't going to waste it since I wasn't going to eat at the hospital... that he could take back the meats since nothing was touched etc. (I have worked in a restaurant for 7 years)
Another waitress came and asked me what was going on. Me with tears in my eyes explaining to her, she smiled and also said that the plates were on the pass so I told her again quite disappointed and she only said to me “in your case have a good day bye” extremely stupid
Very insulting and disappointing..

The service we received was disappointing due to the waitress's lack of engagement. She did not make eye contact or greet us with any warmth, and her demeanor was impersonal, almost like she was going through the motions. A simple "Hi, how are you?" and a more friendly attitude could have made a big difference in our experience. It's clear she has the potential to improve by showing more attentiveness and care for her customers, which would enhance the overall dining experience.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. I go there regularly on weekends with my son. Some waiters recognize us and bring my son my coffee, glass of water and chocolate milk before we even ask. In general the service is very good. The food has always been good too.

Recently I had to leave the restaurant without having eaten because the service was too long and I had an appointment (this is rarely the case) but I was offered my coffee as an apology.

The hostess leaves something to be desired. It's always the same. Almost every weekend I have to ask her for a child seat because she doesn't have the initiative to offer it to me or even go get it. I am alone with my son, my hands full of the diaper bag and games to keep him occupied, he is too little to leave him alone, so it seems normal to me that the hostess takes care of bringing me the seat.

In short, weekends are busy at this restaurant. But I have generally always had good service.

Food is usually pretty good and service average but this morning we gathered for my birthday and I found a maggot in my orange slice. We weren’t expecting a free meal or anything but they barely seemed empathetic and made sure to mention we would not be compensated since it was beyond their control.

It took an hour before we got our meal.....when we finally got it it was cold. Very disappointed!!!!!! The worse things go, the more the restaurant loses...

Once again I am impressed by the quality and flavors of your food. Lox eggs benedict are really delicious and there is lots of salmon inside. It tastes fresh. Once again completely satisfied. And the service with Kim is impeccable!!
