Simply not a great experience. Service was like a chicken with no head. Food was provided to those that ordered after us. We ordered 2 eggs with bacon super simple but took super long.

Arrived at 10 , was a busy morning Saturday, came for a solo breakfast got seated very quickly and given coffee right away. Ordered my food by 10:19. Didn't get my food until 11 , I understand you are busy but not once did my waitress check in , after 45 mins I had to ask where my food was from someone else when my waitress came over she made me feel like it was my fault, well we have larger groups you know is what she said. And then my food was mysteriously ready when she brought it over it was not very hot so wondering how long it actually been sitting there. I understand things get busy but she should have at least apologized. This was my first and last visit

My order took twice as long as I was told. I had to wait for about 15 minutes once I arrive to pick up my food.
Then once I got home and opened my food the portions were tiny. I feel like I overpaid and there was no value.

Went there many times, service used to be fast. But unfortunately this time we waited 50 mins for food, never offered coffee refill and it was too hot that we were sweating. Disappointed this time.
First Time here. Very disappointed… the crêpes were very mochie. We asked for some cream and an extra tea bag to our original waitress and never got it. We asked a second one and didn’t get it. The third one gave it to us. Weve arrived first, got our order in first. An other couple came in after us and got their food first.

I have been ordering the same breakfast and each time something missing in my order. L'authentique. First time in restaurant no bacon and creton, waitress tells me doesn't come with bacon, i prove her wrong with the menu and was missing the creton I never got either. Today I ordered 2 of the same breakfast uber eat both missing the bake beans. I think your staff need to learn the menu, kitchen and waitresses.

I had an excellent experience at this place. The food was delicious, and the staff were both professional and friendly.
