This restaurant gave such ridiculous portions of fries. It’s borderline insulting to receive this kind of order. I don't know if they want to save money to pay for their renovations but I'm seriously considering ordering elsewhere. It was so much better before. Otherwise, the order was correct without more.

The worst..the worst...the worst If I could give zero star. I would do that I have ordered a club sandwich, mini moza, after waiting for almost an hour they have delivered me fries .when I called them to confirm, the staff was like they couldn't do anything. .......Seriously????? Waste of money, will never recommend to anyone

September 2024 The fries were lukewarm. I don't like the fact that we can't help ourselves to the ketchup. In addition, we were not offered it when ordering. I had to go back to the counter to ask for some. Charging 50¢ for a tiny cube of honey, I find that very abusive. The wooden fork: This is a no go for my partner and me. We really don't like the feeling in the mouth and what's more, it's not functional with chicken.
It was a Saturday around 6:45 p.m.
PS: We switched from St-Hubert to Benny a few years ago because the difference in price was worth it. But today it's not so true anymore,
Previous opinion We are Benny&Co fans. You know what to expect and it's reasonably priced. We don't go to this one often because it's not in our area but found the young girl at the counter to be very helpful at reception and following up at the table. It was Thursday at pm.

I am a reasonable person who does not want to go further than necessary.
once again, very poor customer service provided by the "supervisory staff!
poor quality control supervision by kitchen staff who do not check what they are serving!!
and horrible HR staff who don't provide your team with the manager's name, schedule, or even email in case of an emergency.
