My husband ordered our food to go since we live out of town. He had a club sandwich and his coleslaw was outdated. Smelled awful. My Caesar Sal with chicken breast was stingy on the bacon and parmesan cheese. You pay 18.95$ for what? I called the restaurant to advise them and the girl on the phone was saying long one else complained? Like I was bothering her or something? I told her do you think I’m calling you just to complain? I wanted to tell her about the coleslaw. Never apologized just hung up. Seriously nobody check the food in the kitchen? Us customers don’t want to pay for barely nothing in our meal and rotten coleslaw.

Benny's is the best rotisserie in Ottawa Gatineaut op-notch the chicken is juicy you get a lot for your money it's inexpensive the staff is very friendly A1 the place is immaculate clean everything's A1 thank you highly recommend

The little girl that answers the phone is not only rude, she is very argumentative. Imagine waiting over an hour for your meal and asking where the driver is, and to be told that I am rude! LOL! Terrible customer service skills and it is not the first run in I have had with her. I will be contacting management! This is your job to assist a client that is paying for their meal. It isn't the first time I get attitude from her but it will be the last time!

Swiss Chalet/St Hubet clone, more on the fast food side. We had a club sandwich and a chicken wrap. Club was better, wrap was small for the money. Fries were OK.

Ordered out 2 chicken breasts , one with salad instead of fries . Upon arrival , I noticed the interact machine was giving out the wrong amounts for tip percentages , and also after he left i realized I did not have the salad in the box . I am not impressed .

I ordered my meal by delivery when I received it there were missing fries I called and he answered that the parent company has reduced the portions of fries pay $17 to have fewer fries I should have gone to McDonald's for bigger portions for less money

I didn't put anything for the atmosphere because I always have it delivered to my home. I like your chicken, but the only comment I can make is about your fries. They are always soft or half cooked even if I check 'overcooked fries'. Tonight, on the other hand, everything was perfect. I love Benny & Co and I'm not ready to change branches. For me, you have the best chicken in town.
