The worst sushi I’ve had. Paper thin. The rice was so hard. The ingredients weren’t fresh. The shrimp still had the tail on but was hidden by the fried onion. Horrible customer experience. The cashier didn’t even say hi or thank you when checking me out just kept yelling back and forth with the other employee. I’ve been to other bento locations and never received such a poor experience.

Had a terrible experience today. It was not the first time we had sushi over there and it wasn't that bad, very thin peaces though. Today when we opened salmon sets we immediately didn't like the smell. Both tried and it was not fresh...disgusting. Went to speak to the woman working there. She was rude and disrespectful. Instead of saying sorry and find a solution, she started to shout at me. I didn't want to continue being treated this way and demanded my money back. After some point she did throw money at me 10 cents short and told me not to return there because i am not welcome there anymore. Well, that is for sure, they lost customers.

The sushi’s were so thin, I felt very scammed. I went back and showed it to them. They were graceful enough to give me 2 more pieces. Other bento locations are much better and give out much nicer sushi pieces. For the price we pay, we expect more!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bento Sushi des Promenades. The service was simply unacceptable. The staff were rude and showed a complete lack of respect. When returning my order, the employee threw it on the counter without any consideration, or even a polite word. This type of behavior is unacceptable in an establishment that claims to be professional. I will not return and do not recommend this place because of this unpleasant service
