I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bento Sushi des Promenades. The service was simply unacceptable. The staff were rude and showed a complete lack of respect. When returning my order, the employee threw it on the counter without any consideration, or even a polite word. This type of behavior is unacceptable in an establishment that claims to be professional. I will not return and do not recommend this place because of this unpleasant service

My husband and I ordered two salmon poke bowls and it was $35. Our poke bowls barely had any salmon. Our poke bowls was filled with rice, cucumbers, seaweed with just a bit of sauce. I asked for sesame sauce instead of spicy mayo and even if I had to pay $1.50 extra they didn’t want to put sesame sauce. $35 for 2 bowls filled with rice, cucumbers, seaweed and minimum topping of salmon. By the way, the ingredients were not fresh.

The customer service is terrible here. They don't acknowledge you, point the payment terminal, they don't smile or say hi. They scream at each other throughout the entire time you are there ... The sushi has way too much rice, the balance just isn't there. I don't recommend.
