I had the most delicious blueberry sauce. It should be made from wild blueberries. It doesn’t have an industrial taste. ??The potato cubes are also delicious, sweeter than anything I’ve ever tasted in Ottawa. The food combination here is also very unique. The brunch in Quebec really beats the brunch in Ontario.
Nice little bar with decent food on Gatineau's bar street Laval.

This little bistro is situated on the so called bar street of Gatineau, rue Laval. 2 storeys and a patio, it offers brunch and dinner, with craft beer on tap, a good selection of wines and very decent food.

My "Ugly Ducking" - smoked duck was excellent, good smoky flavor, not overpowering, and very tender. The polenta was cooked with mixed vegetables and a drizzles...
Thanksgiving Sunday, we were going to dinner. Unfortunately the menu was brunch style, but everything we ate was very good except for the lukewarm and mediocre coffee. However
Our waitress was kind enough to take it back. Besides, she was fantastic with a sense of humor that made us laugh.
The second floor was a little noisy for my liking, but otherwise, great outing!
