The place is extremely chaotic and poorly managed. The management operates in a very outdated and unprofessional manner they even keep the tip money instead of giving it to the servers. They ignore basic employment laws, such as providing contracts or pay stubs when requested, and treat employees disrespectfully for simply asking about their rights. This is all happening in the restaurant of the Ramada Hotel. Be especially cautious of the manager you’ll often find him behind the bar making drinks

I feel this restaurant and possibly the hotel is Indian owned and operated because of the variety of Indian dishes available on the menu. While intown I stayed 2 nights, both times I had the breakfast buffet. On Sunday Sept 28, 2025. The dark skin girl working Sunday morning needs to be re-trained on how to be a good server. She was quick to take my breakfast voucher but when I requested coffee it was never brought to me and so I never ever got coffee with my breakfast. Many would agree it's essential. I took the yogurt up to my room and when I got up to my room and noticed the spoon i took up hadn't been washed. Even then I ordered food on Sunday night and the pizza was great. The Sunday evening staff were amazing as we're the Monday morning breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was thorough and had a few extras like baked beans. Aside from the unwashed spoon and the poor service on Sunday morning this restaurant is necessary and appreciated at this hotel because if not the UberEats or delivery fees would be much more expensive.

Staying at the Ramada, so I thought I’d try the restaurant. Your greeter wouldn’t even move from her seat to acknowledge me when I walked in the door. I decided that service probably wouldn’t get much better. I’ll try elsewhere. 👎

We came here a bit late I guess and the place was already full .
We ordered the same platter but the plates tasted different some plates were spiced well and some were bland no flavor.
Waiters were doing their best to keep up with the service .
Hands down to Mo , great environment was created by him

Extremely horrible service. I haven’t seen a more mismanaged restaurant. A couple of waiters were running around trying to keep up but the ones near the door who were seating everyone were extremely rude and did not bother to provide any level of service. Absolutely bad dining experience under the new management.

We went for the $10 tasting platter this weekend. We didn’t have high expectations as the place was new and we only paid $12 each (after EventBrite fees), however, the experience was way below expectations. The service was slow and disorganized- we never got a drink menu, struggled to flag someone down for more water, and it took forever to get our food. Our third platter with the entrees did not come out at the same time- I waited a few extra minutes to get butter chicken without any chicken. Both of our platters were cold. At that point we decided to leave- it wasn’t worth saying anything. Maybe they’ll work out the kinks- but if tonight was any indication on what to expect, I’d recommend you save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. This was the worst dining experience we have ever had.

CLOSED !!!
Though my reservation was accepted and confirmed, and a reminder was sent to me, we arrived to the restaurant which had obviously been closed for a while. Definitely not impressed!!

We made an online reservation and waited 10 mins at the front. Nobody was there to take us to our table. Looked like a private party had booked part of the restaurant. We left. Disappointed.

We were a group of 12, but there were other groups present so understandibly we were served drinks, entrées and mains within 2.5hrs.
The food was very good.
Entrée portions are very generous, I was happy with just nachos (with added protein) as my whole meal.
Our server Oceane was very nice, however I believe she would have been better supported if there was a bartender to make drinks while she focused on seated clients.
The spaghetti bolognaise sauce seemed watery and did not adhere to the pasta adequately.

Literally worst meal I’ve ever eaten. Looked half cooked and every meal was spicy. Waited over an hour for this crap.

Overcooked hamburger, charred meat.
The waitress never came to check if everything was okay. So received minimal tip.

Cocktails perhaps...food absolutely not. Prices are absurd and the menu is bizarre. Butter chicken is 30$ and it's frozen and reheated to order. Some dishes, indian especially, are best left to the cultures and the people who perfected them in the first place. If you want to order jalapeño poppers AND indian cuisine then have at it!
