Food wasn't bad but not fantastic. My byriani add oil in the bottom, a chicken of hard undisolved spice and after being told to be spicy wasn't. I think we were alone in thrcresraurant, so the service was good, but not bilingual, broken French. I was the translator.

Dressed up like a pub that serves only Indian food. Asked if they make a hamburger he said yes...omg to that was not a burger I don't even think it was beef. Maybe If he understood English...at most he should of come back and tell me they don't make that. Well let me tell you ...it was terrible. Tons of some type of sauce a huge chunk of tomato that's it. After he delivered the order he disappeared...gone 😆 it was so bad that the waitress said not to pay and to make sure I do a review since the restaurant is failing...no kidding...this brand is supposed to make pub food...this is the Brand...a place like that in a hotel should be packed 😆 nope I guess we should of clued in...my husband had their version of a all dressed pizza. It was cold and looked dry...way to much crust and not enough sauce or toppings... will never go back...

The place is extremely chaotic and poorly managed. The management operates in a very outdated and unprofessional manner they even keep the tip money instead of giving it to the servers. They ignore basic employment laws, such as providing contracts or pay stubs when requested, and treat employees disrespectfully for simply asking about their rights. This is all happening in the restaurant of the Ramada Hotel. Be especially cautious of the manager you’ll often find him behind the bar making drinks

I feel this restaurant and possibly the hotel is Indian owned and operated because of the variety of Indian dishes available on the menu. While intown I stayed 2 nights, both times I had the breakfast buffet. On Sunday Sept 28, 2025. The dark skin girl working Sunday morning needs to be re-trained on how to be a good server. She was quick to take my breakfast voucher but when I requested coffee it was never brought to me and so I never ever got coffee with my breakfast. Many would agree it's essential. I took the yogurt up to my room and when I got up to my room and noticed the spoon i took up hadn't been washed. Even then I ordered food on Sunday night and the pizza was great. The Sunday evening staff were amazing as we're the Monday morning breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was thorough and had a few extras like baked beans. Aside from the unwashed spoon and the poor service on Sunday morning this restaurant is necessary and appreciated at this hotel because if not the UberEats or delivery fees would be much more expensive.

Staying at the Ramada, so I thought I’d try the restaurant. Your greeter wouldn’t even move from her seat to acknowledge me when I walked in the door. I decided that service probably wouldn’t get much better. I’ll try elsewhere. 👎
