Reservation made in advance for 40 people. Only one server assigned to the table who does his best. The dishes come out slowly. Easily 2 hours from the first dish served to those who received their order last. The manager who tries to justify himself or puts the blame on the server. Obviously the restaurant does not have the capacity to accommodate a large group....to avoid absolutely!

Seem the place went through new management recently and the quality has dropped since. The vegetables were clearly half rotten and just the vibe of their new management shows how desperate they are to keep this place alive. The service was ok but I would clearly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bartender was too busy on her phone to turn around and acknowledge us after 15 minutes. Was more concerned with the cellphone Attached to her ear. She saw us walk in and said “2 minutes”. Then walked around on the phone avoiding us. The rudest restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Went for a lunch/farewell party with something like ~15 work colleagues and we probably had my worst dinning experience so far. I feel so bad for the waitstaff because during the time we went they appeared to be so understaffed which is what resulted in the issues we experienced, so I dont want to blame them as they tried their best with that they could do and it's more of a management problem.
Our group arrived at the restaurant no later than 11:30am at which point most of us had already placed our orders, but our food did not start to arrive until 13:00. Like, no exaggeration. About two other people in my group were even still waiting for their meals after I'd gotten mine. Our waitress tried her best to keep up our spirits and kept us updated as much as possible but that didn't really ease the frustrations. I just would've preferred if they'd set expectations as soon as we'd arrived so we could either commit to waiting or move on to another restaurant in the area.
To make matters worse, I'd ordered the chicken tacos and they weren't good; just really salty and dry.
Wasn't a great experience and food was not even good to have made the wait somewhat worth it so I'm 'traumatized' and likely won't go back.

Food was delicious, server was very friendly! Great experience overall. Only complaint was the booth needed repairs and the serving size of the double wings was less than expected.
There were literally no customers in the bar and I asked if they could change the sports game being shown to the hockey and they said no.

We noticed that on Google this location is listed as closed on Sundays, but we thought that might be an error. So on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at just after 1:30pm, we called this location, and someone answered the phone. We asked if they were open for dinner on Sundays, and the person who answered the phone said yes. We proceeded to make a reservation for Sunday, October 6, 2024. She took our name, phone number, time of reservation, and number of people we wanted to seat. We thought everything was good, but when we arrived with our guests on October 6, the location was closed. We are from out of town and had no idea where else to take everyone that we could easily get to from here in the pouring rain. Why someone would answer the phone and then book us a reservation on a day of the week that they are actually closed it beyond me, but this left us in a big predicament with our guests.
