I wish I could give negative stars for that girl who served us on July 4th at night . She has to be fired immediately. We came in as a couple and she completely ignored me and made me feel unwelcome. I’d love to see the manager who hired this person. She has ginger hair I will be speaking to your manager regarding this.

If you like Boston Pizza this is not what you have come to expect. What happened to service with a smile? We were seated, ordered quickly knowing what we like. Visiting from out of province. Nachos were a bunch of chips with little topping and drizzle of cheese. Then it felt like we were forgotten. Didn’t see the server again till the entrees came out almost an hour later and cold. Dinner was a bust. We asked for take out to heat it in the microwave at the hotel.

I’ve ordered several times from this restaurant on uber eats 1-2hrs before closing & each time they wait till they close to cancel my order. Honestly disappointing since the food is good but other than that it’s a waste of time.
DO. NOT. GO. HERE. READ THE REVIEWS!!! Owners are terrible and hostile. They get in your face and they’re rude! small portions, skimping on everything you order, DIRTY. They upsize you on the kids meals or apps and don’t even tell you there’s two different sizes… when you confront them they get extremly hostile and rude in your face. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. First time in my life I did not tip and they made a big scene and said “what my service wasn’t good enough for you” NO IT WASNT AND I WONT BE BACK. BEWARE!!! Food is old also and not stored properly.

The atmosphere was great, accompanied by friendly service. The attention to detail really made the difference for us. We had a great time and lots of laughs thanks to our server, Patrick, who helped make the evening even more enjoyable.

We came in 15 minutes late for a reservation and they refused to come serve us. The place was empty. The server was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to us. Once we finally ordered food it took over 40 minutes for it to come out. We went to the bar to get drinks and I DIDN’T even get served. There was one bartender there, who didn’t even know what she was doing. Terrible experience and would never go back.

Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of your Nachoes but seriously... At $23, I would be ashamed as a restaurateur to offer this to my customers. A mountain of chips with 0 toppings. I could have literally counted the pieces of chicken and what about the equally non-existent cheese. Honestly you should just take it off your menu... At least the Dr. Pepper was good...
