Reservation for a group of 12 people for my partner's thirtieth birthday.
The atmosphere was great, accompanied by friendly service. The attention to detail really made the difference for us. We had a great time and lots of laughs thanks to our server, Patrick, who helped make the evening even more enjoyable.

We came in 15 minutes late for a reservation and they refused to come serve us. The place was empty. The server was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to us. Once we finally ordered food it took over 40 minutes for it to come out. We went to the bar to get drinks and I DIDN’T even get served. There was one bartender there, who didn’t even know what she was doing. Terrible experience and would never go back.

Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of your Nachoes but seriously... At $23, I would be ashamed as a restaurateur to offer this to my customers. A mountain of chips with 0 toppings. I could have literally counted the pieces of chicken and what about the equally non-existent cheese. Honestly you should just take it off your menu... At least the Dr. Pepper was good...

Horrible and almost hostile service. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel welcome. The female server named "Hanna" was one of the worst I've ever come across and I've seen some pretty bad service in my life. Don't go to this place.

Generally a pleasuant experience, however the owner is apparently too busy to care why a new ravioli dish on their menu was sent back barely touched, nor the waiter having the discretion to take it off our bill.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you don’t speak french, i wouldn’t come to this establishment. they won’t take your order properly, your food comes out wrong and the sizing of the portions is completely off. i ordered my 16 month old son the bug pasta and they came out with a plate big enough to feed an adult…my nephews meal came and he finished it before mine even came out and when it did- it was not edible and i had to send it back. absolutely awful that i’ve been sat for over an hour and haven’t had my meal yet. 0/10
UPDATE after sending back my food a man came back out with the new plate and got in my face about how i was wrong with sending it back. I used to work at a boston pizza and I also eat out ant BP often. i know what i should be served. Even the manager was of no help.
I won't go back there again! I went to dinner today with my 2 adult children. It took more than 20 minutes before the waitress came to us with a side of beef; no smile; no charisma. My daughter and I ordered right away, but my son hadn't decided yet. She stared at him as she left without saying a word. It was the host who came to drop off our plates after more than 30 minutes of waiting. The waitress with long, loose hair never came to see us, but she always served the other tables with her bull face. I had to get up to show that I wanted the bill and also take-out boxes. I told him how disappointed I was with his service and that I would not return to this restaurant again. She was tipped for her abominable service.

One of the worst Boston pizzas I was ever in.
Jade & Brooke should be ashamed of there selfs absolutely disgusting.
Got refused a table and was accused for doing something wrong.
When I called back they hung up Told me not to call anymore and could not give me a day or time the they a-ledge I done something wrong.
Take advice don’t go there and spend your hard earned money.
Disgusting place. They will hear from my lawyer soon.
Been two weeks now and still no call from the manager.
