Ordered the grilled chicken tacos and it was really bad, chicken portion was absurdly small, there was a ton of coleslaw as filler , barely any tomatoes

Love going to this particular restaurant with my family. We’re always created at the door. Given booster seats for my kids too. And regularly come to our table to make sure everything was going well for us. The staff here is exceptional as well as the delicious food. It is always delicious

The good is good but when doing online orders, they constantly miss things. Regardless if it's lunch time or dinner, don't count on them to give you the entire order. The food is good but service is absolutely terrible.

I’d give zero stars if I could Horrible service everytime we dine in or do take out we ordered take out on Tuesday because they have a pasta special and drove from thurso to pick up we had asked for two spaghetti mountain meatballs with no cheese allergy as my husband is really allergic to cheese he specified very clearly no cheese we get home to our surprise both orders have cheese its 9pm at night and everything closes at 9pm in thurso and we aren’t making the drive back and when we dine in last time we said no cheese allergy the spaghetti came out with cheese they took it back yet they had just mixed the cheese in till it melted in then caused us a big stink when we went to leave and made us pay for our fountain drinks when they are the ones who made the mistake they do not take allergies serious at this location and it’s very sad because allergies are a ver serious thing we are probably in there complaint book more then 5 times I don’t kno how much more clear we can be when we specify an allergy

Food was served way too hot. I was disappointed on the quality of the food was very basic. More of a place for drinks and appetizers than a whole meal in my opinion
Just not a chain I think should exist. It bafles me that this brnad grew and that anyone that has taste buds and standards can like what they serve. Oh if you grew up on and and still eat frozen prepared meals yeah go ahead go there this is just the place for you.

I wish I could give negative stars for that girl who served us on July 4th at night . She has to be fired immediately. We came in as a couple and she completely ignored me and made me feel unwelcome. I’d love to see the manager who hired this person. She has ginger hair I will be speaking to your manager regarding this.
