Une expérience profondément décevante et inquiétante sur le plan sanitaire. J'ai commandé un sancocho (soupe traditionnelle colombienne) et un plat de poulet. La soupe servie ne contenait aucun légume, uniquement un bouillon qui s'est avéré être en état de décomposition - une découverte qui m'a causé des nausées pendant deux jours. Quant au plat principal à emporter, au lieu de la poitrine de poulet promise, j'ai découvert un assemblage de riz surmonté de ce qui ressemblait à des restes de viande effilochée, rappelant du poulet surcuit jusqu'à la désintégration ou des restants des assiettes d’autres clients… La qualité et la présentation étaient inacceptables. Lorsque j'ai poliment soulevé ces problèmes, particulièrement l'état de décomposition de la soupe, la gérante s'est montrée désagréable, irrespectueuse et peu professionnelle, refusant de reconnaître ces graves manquements aux normes sanitaires de base. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement qui présente des risques sérieux pour la santé des clients.

Authentic Colombian food with such a magical taste that takes you back home. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you’re in a traditional Colombian restaurant, the quality of food and ingredients is unmatched and the service was top-notch. I would gladly come back here! PD: The buñuelos are a must!

The man at the store is rude. I went to buy Bread Flour, I realized that all of them, ALL of them were expired in 2024. I asked him, sir, do you have another batch, I prefer not to buy expired, he doesn't give a damn and he also made me look like I was a nuisance, Well, don't sell expired things so they don't bother you, well... be careful with what you buy at the store, which may also be out of date and they clearly don't care.
