The food was fantastic. We drove from Ottawa to pick it up. The decor and vibe will trow you off, but pull through, the food is worth it

I'm updating my review as customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience. While the food is enjoyable, there's an issue with one of the employees handling orders. She appears to be in her 50s and has been consistently rude and arrogant during interactions. On multiple occasions, her lack of patience and poor greeting has left a negative impression. This behavior not only affects customers but also reflects poorly on the business. I believe some client service training or a refresher could be beneficial for her. I hope the owner sees this feedback, as it could have a significant impact on the quality of service and the reputation of the business.

I had amazing food at Buffet Gong Gong! The Kung Pao Chicken was the standout dish; it was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. Not to be missed were the delectable and freshly made dumplings. In light of the quality and portion amounts, the pricing are fair. I'm eager to return and peruse more of the menu. Strongly advised!

You should update your website because there is no longer a buffet, me and my partner moved and all that is inside is a waiting room only for takeout. Disappointing.

My family and I have been ordering from this restaurant for years. Yesterday I bit into what appeared to be a piece of spit in my Singapore noodles. Well, it can't be the end of the world. I call the restaurant to warn them in case they have made a big batch (so as not to serve it to other customers...) She takes my number and tells me that she will spread the word to the owners. No news from them!!!! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! I will never order from this place again and I will spread the word to my family and friends. The problem is not the piece of metal but the great lack of professionalism and respect towards their customers.

The best chinese place I’ve ever eaten, I grew up going to the buffet here & ordering take out sadly the buffet is now closed and you can take out only. Now as an adult I drive 20 minutes to get this specific Chinese because I refuse to order from anywhere else: It is always fresh, tasty and the quality price is so good!

The person who answers the phone is always stupid. I order frequently because the food is good but whoever answers should learn customer service.

The rice was succulent, the Chicken Ball was pasty and oily, too oily. My colleague took su guy and she received a kind of chicken pastry that wasn't too good :/ I know that mistakes happen, maybe just be careful :) thank you and good evening :)
