The slowest service I have ever experienced at a fast food joint EVER. And lets be clear, this was not the lunch rush and there were 6 staff in the kitchen that I could see. Paid for my order at.2:42pm, at 3:06pm still no food. The manager eventually comes out from the back and only after I tell her my order number does the staff finaly look at it...acting like they'd never seen an order slip in their lives before. They also then tell me one of the items was not available (the milkshake). So maybe they did look at my order afterall but decide to ignore it until chocolat milkshakes somehow fell out of the sky. Who the hell knows! In the meantime of course, they had kept on taking and preparing orders for deliveries...at a glacial pace I might add. I finally gave up and asked to be refunded since I was in for more waiting and even that took forever. I was refunded in cash since they couldn't manage to refund me on my card. If you are hungry, you might as well go to any one of the sit down restaurants around the area because you will get your food faster. This is the second time I've tried to go do this Burger King and the first time was also a complete failure. That time, they didn't have any eggs to make breakfast sandwhichs during the published breakfast hours. I don't know who owns this location but they meed to take a serious look at their service standards, especially with the very efficiently run McDonalds located not 50 meters away.

Ordered from the drive thru, Spent 25 minutes sitting in their lineup before finally getting fed up and leaving. Absolutely unacceptable ticket times, made no effort to try and communicate with people about the wait or anything to that effect. You are a FAST FOOD restaurant, operative word being FAST. You failed at your one purpose in life, serve mediocre food quickly to people in a hurry. If I had 30 plus minutes to to spare get a burger I would have gone somewhere else and gotten a far better burger and at least have sat down and gotten served a drink.

Im really happy to see burger king has improved so much! The food, service, and overall experience are much better than before....
If you want to waste your money, go to Burger King Gatineau ,Very bad service, i got my burger after 30 min of delay 👎🏼👎🏼The smell of the bathrooms is disgusting and unpleasant. The employee who took my order was arrogant and did not smile. It was as if you were asking him for charity .It will be the last time I do not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible service. Was the first in-line at drive thru. Waited 25 min just to say my order. Waited another 20 min for my food. I don’t recommend to come to this location on greber after 10pm. Terrible terrible. A big F.
