Honestly deserves a 0 like it’s so bad. My burger had stuff I didn’t order and was missing toppings. The bun looked beaten up. It gives me vibes of an abandoned restaurant. Really bad. Don’t order there.

This is a front for a ghost kitchen and many "restaurants" belong to this address. I do not support those aggressive practices who only purpose is to infest delivery app and push away legit restaurants.

I purchase food for my dog based on their recommendation. My dog didn't like it. I brought it back and they wouldn't honour the reimbursement or exchange for another brand. They lost me as a customer. I never had that issue with any other pet store company, and no questions asked.

I bought a product at Animal Monde in Aylmer (Gatineau)that just didn't work for my pet, but the store refused to take it back, or even offer a store credit. They just lost at least me as a client, and whoever else I speak to. I've been able to return products at other pet stores in the past without any issue. This is the first time it was refused. Very disappointing!
