Update that I was back there again today and she is once again a ray of sunshine. I was kind of grumpy today, but she is so kind. I feel bad that I wasn't more friendly. Also, she presented herself so nicely today. Nice to see people who care about looking nice for work.

A coffee focused review, I didn’t try their doughnuts. While the coffee is sourced from Happy Goat, the sugary cheap sauces they use ruins any latte. I ordered a mocha and didn’t finish it, it was awful. It’s disappointing that a trendy place like this can’t make their own syrups. The atmosphere and service are quite nice. The doughnuts did look good.

I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience. The employee on duty, a young woman wearing a hijab, appeared unprofessional, as she was on her phone when we arrived and returned to it as soon as we walked away. Her demeanor gave the impression that she was unhappy to assist us, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Maybe because I was not a muslin. Additionally, the donuts were disappointing, there was little to no filling, and they did not resemble what is advertised on social media. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Just go to Susy Q wayyyy better!

I bought 6 donuts and to be honest I would not go back for donuts. I have Suzy Q 2 days before and you cannot compare the taste and freshness. Service and Ambiance was good but I cannot rate them high as the donuts were not up to par.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The quality of the coffee was very poor—it had a bad taste and didn’t meet basic expectations. Additionally, the service was not welcoming. One of the employees, a young woman wearing a hijab, was particularly impolite and unprofessional in her attitude. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the product quality and customer service experience.

Donuts look incredible, it makes for beautiful foodie boxes. Not a place where I would sit and eat at, per se. It seemed more like a place where students gather to study, but food to-go makes a great treat. Was a bit surprised that donut dough was pretty much the same for all the donuts; the toppings is what changes but a good treat nonetheless and impressive looking.
