Waited 30 minutes for two coffees which never came, no information given, we had to ask after 15 minutes to be told that the machine was cold, that it had to warm up (at 3 p.m.??), then 15 minutes later, still nothing, we went to get a refund and left. Unfriendly service, really disappointed for a first visit! A little advice for employees: problems happen, but warn customers when it might be long and go from time to time to give them news and apologize for the waiting time!
Nice locations, and the place is nicely decorated, however imo their gourmet donuts do not taste good, to me they seem stiff and stale, even though they are probably fresh. I think they should change the recipe. Their coffee is good and they have board games.

Poped in just to get a quick treat and I absolutely loved my donut ?. It was fresh, flavourful and so satisfying. Good size donuts and substantial. Good value for the dollar top considering the taste and quality. Thank you Café Dough co. ! ??
