The people here are the best. Super friendly, quick, and they help with my lousy attempts to use French when i order. Lots of options for coffee, snacks, and light meals. And a decent seating area nearby, including a patio.

Food is wayyyyyy too overpriced and nasty! So fustrating to pay almost 10$ for a grilled cheese and its not even good or fresh. The chicken burgers are nasty, bread all soggy .. You're better off bringing your own lunch or starve yourself if you left it at home. Just a waste of money. Wayyyyy to overpriced. Rather eat a 13$ subway, least I get my money worth

I’m giving café escale a 5 star review solely based on the customer service I receive each and every time from Nancy. Management should consider her an huge asset to the business and use her as an example of how all staff at escale should communicate with their clientele.

Great selection of food for breakfast and lunch. They do get busy at lunch, so I beat the rush by picking up my food earlier. Highly recommended.

Lunching at Escale is a treat. The menu diversity is impressive, and the food is always flavorful. Quick service, fair pricing, and ample portions make this restaurant an easy choice for everyone in the building.

The service from the employees is good. The boss is unpleasant and stressful. I won't go back there.

The food is overpriced and disgusting. Chicken burger was cold. The topping were soggy and old. The fries were greasy. The pannini sandwiches have next to no toppings and the one's that are on the sandwiches are not fresh. I have tried to give them a few chances tried different things. It is just awful food. I think I will continue to bring a lunch and purchase other things from the corner store in the same building. The staff is rude the owners are worse. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food is good but they are incredibly slow. It’s faster to walk to the food court, wait in line, and get food and walk back than to get food here at lunch time.
