The people here are the best. Super friendly, quick, and they help with my lousy attempts to use French when i order. Lots of options for coffee, snacks, and light meals. And a decent seating area nearby, including a patio.
I’m giving café escale a 5 star review solely based on the customer service I receive each and every time from Nancy. Management should consider her an huge asset to the business and use her as an example of how all staff at escale should communicate with their clientele.
Lunching at Escale is a treat. The menu diversity is impressive, and the food is always flavorful. Quick service, fair pricing, and ample portions make this restaurant an easy choice for everyone in the building.
