I just love this place. They have so many great buffet options hot and cold. The prices are kind of high however the quality of the food is exceptional, they also offer vegan vegetarian and gluten-free options. My favorite thing to get there is definitely the panini sandwiches they don't skimp on meats or Cheese's and their breads are always fresh and usually get a choice of many different types of bread. They also seem to have lots of convenience items such as gum and chocolate bars and drinks. Whether it be the chefs or the cashiers everyone seems to be very positive and happy. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Good little spot serving the office tower at 200 rue Montcalm. Coffee, muffins and pay by the kilo breakfast buffet in the morning and sandwich counter and by the kilo hot lunch buffet at noon. Club sandwiches or paninis made to order or a refrigerated selection of cold sandwiches and salads.
