Weirdest shoparoundMediocre qualityI had bought dates like two years ago, they were all completely expiredI gave her a chance today I come home I see an antipathetic lady barely if she looks at you holding the cash register downright nasty look lol then she passes her own purchases to her cash register then makes me pay without saying a word it feels like I'm in a horror film zero friendliness zero smile I'm looking for the hidden camera only hatred I'm amazed to see where these positive reviews come from?!?!?That. It goes without saying that I will never set foot here again. This transaction happened February 28, 2024 around 7:00 p.m. I say this because if there is a poor manager who looks at the camera so that he can save his business a little and for whom he sees that I'm inventing nothing. really pity beuuurk?!?!?

Kudos and sincere thanks to the Caf’Noisette store management and customer service team!Over the years, my wife and I have done our shopping at middle eastern grocery stores across the national capital region (Ottawa-Gatineau) and we find that Caf’Noisette is second to none for customer service, product quality, product selection and store cleanliness. This jewel of a store is conveniently located. It’s always a pleasure for us to visit Caf’Noisette. The customer-care team (management and staff included) are exceptionally customer-centric in the way they do their work. Bravo!

If you look at my reviews, you'll notice I don't usually write review for grocery stores or roasteries. But I have to for Caf'Noisette. Despite the location not being easy for me, I cannot buy roasted nuts from anywhere else in Ottawa/ Gatineau anymore. lol The roasted cashews are my weakness. They are always always fresh! And roasted to perfection. Even a friend of mine who has many dietary constraints and is a bit picky with food loved the mixed nuts and noticed how fresh they are (although I had gotten them a few days before). 5 stars for: - 2 stars for being an organized and consistently clean store, even in the icky times of winter. - customer service is above and beyond (they give me advice when I'm being indecisive lol, have you ever gotten that at loblaws?) - Variety of items for a comparatively small store. - free parking.
