very very slow service, waited 20m for a single coffee while they serviced everyone else who ordered after me.. if your in a rush do not come here.

Cascara is THE place to go for a grab-n-go treat, a sit in, or catering! The owners were absolutely delightful to talk with. Please make sure to ask them what “cascara” stands for, as the story is quote inspiring and clever. Delicious and meticulously assembled food. Thank you! 🙏

I had a mocha from CASCARA and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too bitter. Great atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely coming back!

I just wanted to come here and mention this: I don't understand why people feel entitled to be served in English when they are in Gatineau. If I was expecting to be served in French every time I'm in Ottawa, I'd be writing bad reviews all day everyday.
