Man this place with new ownership has taken a dive. Service is still great, prices still great but the quality of their food has really gone down hill. I usually wait a few months between getting their food, hoping it was just that one time, but no. Bad quality chicken, over cooked and dry, laird with way too much batter, to mask the small portion of actual chicken? i don't know. Even their once amazing fries and Putin . Just so so sub par. Too bad

Decided to try this place out as it was recommended to me.
The food and prices were great; however stars are lost due to inattentive and disconnected staff as well as the atmosphere.
The service was slow and we felt almost as the staff were inconvenienced by our presence at the order counter, even on what looked like a slow night. The location is quite dingy and outdated inside and doesn't give a great impression on the potential quality and cleanliness of the kitchen.
The food was quite good with excellent portion sizes and prices, and it was made to order and delicious. This is the reason for the 2 stars.

An average poutine costs $10.75 plus the sauce as liquid as water!! Way too expensive for what it's worth!! I do not recommend!!!
At $10.75 poutine and liquid sauce like water. I dont recommend!! Foe the price I was expecting better food...

I love going here because the prices are good and and the amount you get is good for their prices. Everywhere else you go is so expensive and the amount you get is not a lot.

I posted on their page before saying they had really good food and that the prices were good compared to other places. I would go every week to this place cuz I loved it. After a visit today, I think my mind is changing a bit over this place. I always get the two Hot Dog Trio with a Poutine and always get just ketchup and mayo on the hot dogs. It’s usually always the same male cashier who knows and remembers my order every time I go there and even the girl knows me very well. Well today the cashier didn’t hear me right and he punched in all dress on the hotdogs. After receiving them I looked at them and I told him these are wrong and I asked for only ketchup and mayo. He apologized and brought them back to the cook. After about 1 minute the hot dogs came out which should have taken longer if making new ones. After taking them and then getting in my car I opened them up and looked at them and all the cook did was took off the stuff and added ketchup and mayo probably not thinking I wouldn’t notice. Obviously I noticed cuz the wrapper it came back in had mustard still on it and some of the bun and hot dogs had some on them to and the smell from it being all dressed I knew the cook didn’t make new ones. I put them back in the bag and walked right back in and I spoke to the cashier and stated I would like my money back or the cook makes new ones. I showed him the hot dogs still had a bit of all dress stuff on it and that the cook only took off the stuff and gave it back, which it should have never been given back to a customer after doing that. So the cashier apologized again and I said it wasn’t his fault, it’s the cook that shouldn’t have did that. He went back and the cook made completely new ones. The gravy is usually always a darker brown as well and today the color and taste was off as well as when eating it the gravy and cheese was cold to eat. I wasn’t satisfied today with the food.

This visit was not a satisfying as all the other times. My family poutine that feeds my 4 teenaged girls a good bowl full wasn't even filled past the halfway mark of the bowl.
