Your lemon gelato is crap. It was so dry that it was old and in chunks. I paid 8$ for a medium bowl and threw it out. You should be ashamed selling old gelato it was crap.

Today July 13 in late morning I passed by and I notice a group of girls bullying another employee calling her degrading names and making fun of her, and I find it very disturbing and disrespectful of knowing employees donc take care of there staff, don’t bother supporting a Buisness that doesn’t respect others, I will not be going there anymore lost me as a customer and I will be reporting this chcocolato to “better Buisness bureau”

We love going back to Chocolato. But I had to rate it low as the staff who prepared our sundaes today at Les Promenades Gatineau got the sizes wrong, and when we told her about it, she was very rude and banging the bins around while preparing the correct order. She rushed our orders with awful behaviour! Awesome customer service!
