Gave us a cone despite the fact that we had asked for a cup and answered us in French despite the fact that we had chosen to communicate in English and that they understood us perfectly, in addition to giving us bad looks (I came with a tourist who does not speak French). I understand that we are in Quebec but we are barely 10 minutes from Ottawa and it makes no sense to act like a nationalist in an ice cream parlor. Completely rotten service.

Horrible experience, we went there as a tourist and wanted to order ice cream and we didn’t wanted cone and they made our order wrong. The server were speaking only French and when I speak English they ignored me and answered back only in French and in a rude way very bad service and racist.

Usually love to go there, however our last visit was a big disappointment (Sunday October 20th in the afternoon). Staff seemed to be “new”, untrained and unsupervised. They were goofing around and laughing because they couldn’t make the “kooky” cones properly. The chocolate “drizzling” bottles were all empty and chocolate had hardened so couldn’t get out of the bottle… and staff were goofing around and laughing about it as if the job was just a joke to them. Ice cream was leaking under the chocolate, which never happens normally. Our cones all looked gross. The donut and the cinnamon bun on the the cones where dry and inedible. Big decline…..

Extremely busy and popular joint. Service is fast and keeps pace with the clients. Lots of chocolatey goodies sold here but it's the icecream that seems to pull in the crowds. Plenty of seating available outside and inside.

Courteous employees, fast service and clean places. I found it a shame that unlike other favorite chocolates, you do not give the customer the choice of chocolate in the cone that accompanies the inside of the blitzes.

Made me leave because I had a dog on the patio. I've been here before to get ice cream and I was waiting on a friend who was buying some. No one came out to tell the other lady to leave the patio....

No respect for the delivery people. You have to wait behind 20 customers to collect your order and when you get to the cash register they tell you that the order is not ready. No longer order with the Uber, Doordash applications.....
