So disappointed after trying this place. I'm a huge fan of sushi and this was not good sushi at all. The rice, which is arguably the most important part of sushi was totally bland. We tried the January box and the only things that we enjoyed didn't contain rice : Beet tartare (4/5) and the crispy chicken spring roll (3/5). The rest was totally underwhelming. We did have the "At home chef" a couple years back and that was amazing so we were expecting the same quality from the "counter" and it didn't live up to our expectations. There was no soy sauce, wasabi or ginger. We called and they said it was intended ?♂️
