I have been to three different Coras, two in Ottawa and one in Gatineau and this is the worst. The food was cold, and it took 10min before seeing our waiter. I will not return. Waiter was nice though.

Monday April 8, 2024, around 9:30 a.m., there is almost no one in the restaurant, but the service is almost absent. We waited an hour and barely got any coffee. A hen would have had time to lay 4 eggs before we received our plates...the coffee had time to arrive by boat before we were offered to refill our cups. If only they were jokes. Avoid unless you want to waste your time.

Standard cuisine and not amazing, the poached egg was not sufficiently cooked. The waiter only came once to refill the coffee. Very bright atmosphere we were installed next to a large group located in a closed semi-closed room which had a closed-off effect for the sound.

Excellents brunchs! Ils sont toujours généreux avec les fruits. L’ambiance est parfaite pour les sorties en famille ou à plusieurs. Employés gentils et serviables. Les prix ont augmenté, mais c’est malheureusement comme partout. Pour deux gros brunch avec pourboire, il faut compter presque 50$. Je ne donne pas 5 étoiles, car parfois les fruits ne sont pas assez mûrs.
Very poor eating experience. The staff was nice and service was fine but the food unfortunately was very low quality. I've eaten at many breakfast restaurants over the years, including different Cora's locations and even worked at one when I was younger. I don't know what budget cuts they are making to serve this. The most overcooked and bland scrambled eggs in my life. Cheap, paper thin "instant bacon" and pre-seasoned potato wedges that clearly came out of a bag. The fruit was not fresh. Not worth the $20 price tag for that meal. Will not be coming back.

Very bad experience. Restaurant half full, long wait at the door, multiple waitresses running in all directions without smiling. Once seated, we wait for a good twenty minutes for a coffee while our waitress walks around like a chicken without a method. Once the coffee is served we wait another 15 minutes until another waitress finally comes to see us to take over because the first one had not placed our order! The dishes finally arrive with a side order error. Catastrophic. I'm never going back there again. Go to La Station a little further away, it's a much more pleasant experience, both for the service, the food and the prices.

Just writing this to spare other people from being disappointed. The food on their website looks holy. It was not. Food was mediocre at best. Was spoken to in French several times even though we clearly said we only spoke and understood English. Not a welcoming or professional environment in the slightest. Had to spit out the hot dog&bacon wrapped in crepe. The brunch burger was gross and came with tomatoes that weren’t even ripe yet lmao

The quality of food and service at Cora's varies dramatically from location to location.This is not one of the better Cora's. The hollandaise sauce on my breakfast was almost gray. I scraped it off and ate around it. The home fries were cold and different from other Cora's. Deep fried from the look of it. The waiter was a ghost as he had too many tables to take care of. Not his fault.
