For people who have allergies, watch out for cross-contamination of ingredients. My chocolate milkshake had Reese's pieces in it. The response I got was that they can't guarantee it won't happen. Sad because McDonald's and Tim Horton's certainly don't have this approach towards their customers.
Dietary restrictions: No guarantee of not having contamination of ingredients in their products. Unfortunate!

I am a patient person. I don't mind waiting when there's a long line. What I do mind, is waiting 10 minutes behind 1 person cause the damn cashier won't stop talking to them.

They do not respect the hours very disappointed example yesterday checked says open unti 8pm went at 6pm and they were closed really not satisfied with the service either was the same las year so no more for me
the ice cream was very grainy, I work in a creamery and that means the machines are not washed often enough. Also, most of the menu was out of stock.
They do not respect their opening hours, in the middle of summer. Disappointing.

Was served by two very young ladies this afternoon who said they were the owners. I complained about ingredients not being available and others being available, but crossed off the menu. They didn't care. They were very rude and as I walked way laughed and made fun of me and my daughter. I won't be back.
