Weren't given utensils or napkins. Service took forever. Multiple orders ended up wrong. Drink glass had blue goo on it twice after sending it back. Restaurant isn't very clean and at least one of the servers was rude (not the nice girl who served us). They charge for grated cheese... There's just so much wrong here I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Sorry.

The employee who served me was great! She was alone but managed to serve all the tables! For example, she had so many people! Employers should put more employees on the floor on a Saturday!

We came here for my son's second birthday, he had been asking for pizza for the past few days. It was myself, my partner, our baby and our son.The service was a bit slow at first when we arrived but it picked up around 5 pm. The waitress was very friendly, approachable and helpful. I regret not getting her name to write it here! However, the food was what was lacking. It is not the quantity that is lacking, but the quality, especially the chicken parmigiana. The outside was overcooked (almost burnt) but the inside seemed pinkish, I did not eat all of it. Also we were a bit disappointed that no one sang for our son for his birthday, but I understand they seemed short staffed and I should have maybe called first. We still enjoyed our time, our son was happy and the service was quite friendly, always coming over to offer more bread or salad.

Service could have been a bit better soup was forgotten for the whole table after we finished our mains we had to ask about soup it was hard to get servers attention overall pretty good though. And food was delicious.Parking: The parking lot for the mall was under construction which made parking hard to find

I ruined my shirt being sat at a table that was covered in butter (difficult to see it). We were then given another table and this one was all sticky. Arms and everything on it would stick to it. Makes me seriously question how hygienic the kitchen is if the dining area, where customers see and sit is in that condition. This was about 2 weeks ago.

Quality food but disorganized atmosphere and terrible service! Few employees for a huge job! A marathon of work for the poor waiters!

absolutely disgusting experience here I feel I was discriminated against by my waitress and provided the worst service I've ever experienced in all my food eating days.

What a shame to laugh at customers like this by serving an 8$ single bite of cheesecake as desert. What happen to a slice of cake ??? The container with strawberry is bigger than the cake itself. What a JOKE !!!! Awful. Never going back.If I could give zero stars I would.

This gets a one star only because I needed something to rate it. We had a 6pm reservation with kids, sat down by 6:25, waited at our booth for another 20 minutes and walked out. Nobody even noticed. Side note, the table behind us clearly left mid-meal as the plates were full and the clients had left … major disappointment and everything around was booked until 7:30-8pm #hungrykids

The restaurant opened at noon, unlike other restaurants that open 30 mins before so that guests can arrive. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, service seemed to be short staffed. The food was not bad, once it arrived. Even when it opened, the door was locked from the inside, and other guests could not enter.

I thought I'd refresh my review Since it's reopening about a month ago I found the menu to be very good And reasonably priced I had the Calzone which was very delicious On the downside the restaurant was very cold I recorded on my phone 14.4° Which is a little chilly for a restaurant at this time of the year but overall excellent service
