Edgar is an excellent brunch spot that offers a variety of delectable dishes. The Chick Pea stew, with its nice and hearty flavor, is a standout, complemented by the excellent bread for dipping. The Pork Schnitzel is also a hit, featuring great-tasting pork, amazing potatoes, and a lovely taste of dill throughout. The Cappuccino is a beautifully crafted coffee, with a slight acidic taste that mellows out with the milk.
The restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, and a connected bakery for added convenience. The service is excellent, with the staff able to communicate in both English and French, and the food arriving quickly.
While the tables are on the smaller side, making it less suitable for large groups, Edgar is an ideal destination for a table of two or a small group seeking a delightful brunch experience.
