My 30th birthday cake was ruined.
I paid for two cakes (one Christmas cake and one birthday cake for a total of $89.90 one week AHEAD OF TIME.
The day we had to pick up the cake, that's when they tell us the cake we wanted was not available so we had to switch for an ice cream cake coccinelle.
As we had to travel 1 hour to our chalet, the ice cream cake of course melted.
So very sad. A total waste of $44

🎂 Stopped by today and picked up some treats to brighten my day. For years, Fidélice has been my go-to place for birthday cakes for the whole family—always unbeatable in taste and quality. The staff are always welcoming, greeting customers with bright, cheerful smiles that make every visit feel special. I’m thrilled to hear the store will continue to stay open—such wonderful news for the community. I’ll definitely be coming back more often to show my support.

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! Our guests loved it so much that they asked for more, but unfortunately, it was all gone after the second round. Thank you for making such a memorable and important part of our celebration. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, Fidelice's quality products and customer service have reached a very poor level at Vanier location in Aylmer. Their sold plain butter croissants are not fresh and the staff admitted they were stale when returned. We were glad that not all the baked goods were from Fidelice otherwise our brunch gathering would have been a disaster.

Amazing

Fidelice has been our go-to bakery ever since we first discovered it nearly three years ago. My very first experience with their cakes was for my nephew’s birthday — everyone at the party was absolutely blown away by how delicious it was. The flavor, the texture, the presentation — everything was simply perfect. From that moment on, it became our number one.

Over the years, we’ve continued to try different pastries and cakes from Fidelice, and the quality has remained consistently outstanding. Each product is beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that care and skill go into everything they make.

On top of that, the service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and friendly. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by the manager, Mr. You, whose kindness and attention to detail left a lasting impression.

Fidelice isn’t just a bakery — it’s a place where every visit feels like a treat. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently went into this bakery looking for a birthday cake and was so happy to find this gem not too far from my house. The cakes were beautifully displayed and reasonably priced. I ended up purchasing a strawberry shortcake! I also tried a cappuccino, and I have to say, it’s one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of their cakes and coffee!

Best chocolatines in the NCR without a doubt and delicious cakes! The location jn Aylmer is also very nice and bright!

I enjoyed a cup of coffee from there too but was a bit disappointed in how little foam there was in the oat milk cappuccino. Might’ve been a one off though.
