We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! Our guests loved it so much that they asked for more, but unfortunately, it was all gone after the second round. Thank you for making such a memorable and important part of our celebration. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, Fidelice's quality products and customer service have reached a very poor level at Vanier location in Aylmer. Their sold plain butter croissants are not fresh and the staff admitted they were stale when returned. We were glad that not all the baked goods were from Fidelice otherwise our brunch gathering would have been a disaster.

Fidelice has been our go-to bakery ever since we first discovered it nearly three years ago. My very first experience with their cakes was for my nephew’s birthday — everyone at the party was absolutely blown away by how delicious it was. The flavor, the texture, the presentation — everything was simply perfect. From that moment on, it became our number one.

Over the years, we’ve continued to try different pastries and cakes from Fidelice, and the quality has remained consistently outstanding. Each product is beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that care and skill go into everything they make.

On top of that, the service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and friendly. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by the manager, Mr. You, whose kindness and attention to detail left a lasting impression.

Fidelice isn’t just a bakery — it’s a place where every visit feels like a treat. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently went into this bakery looking for a birthday cake and was so happy to find this gem not too far from my house. The cakes were beautifully displayed and reasonably priced. I ended up purchasing a strawberry shortcake! I also tried a cappuccino, and I have to say, it’s one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of their cakes and coffee!

Best chocolatines in the NCR without a doubt and delicious cakes! The location jn Aylmer is also very nice and bright!

I enjoyed a cup of coffee from there too but was a bit disappointed in how little foam there was in the oat milk cappuccino. Might’ve been a one off though.

First and foremost, their poison is delicious, taste wise! But:
-their cakes have a ton of sugar, I was a client for so many years, but they make ZERO efforts to make the reduce that sugar.
-same cakes in the last decade or so
-during or right after the pandemic, they introduced the tips. This is the only place where you get service over the counter and you have to tip. Instead of having 5 girls to sell, keep only 2 and pay them accordingly.
I stopped going there, more careful with the sugar and carbs and enjoying artisan baking home. Less expensive, healthier and rewarding.

Very talented bakers, great food but very little selection and from what I can tell it's the same stuff every time. I got bored. Great staff and product though

this bakery is famous I saw a lot of people came to gatineau for it and my friend also recommended it for me. unfortunately no English so I used Google translate to shoot photos and translate. the staff is nice to double check if i am allergy to any nuts and prices are cheap

Fidelice is indeed a wonderful establishment, renowned for its delectable cakes and pastries. I have always had positive experiences there. However, during my recent visit to this location for the dine in option, I encountered a few aspects that could be improved.
It came to my attention after ordering that Fidelice does not provide trays, plates, or coffee mugs for dine-in customers. As a result, our paper cups and boxes were used and subsequently discarded, which seemed wasteful.
Additionally, if music is to be played, I kindly suggest that it be calming café music rather than the loud pop music that was playing during my visit. I believe a serene ambiance would enhance the enjoyment of the delicious cakes and coffee.
