We weren’t greeted when we arrived. The table we were taken to hadn’t been cleaned. The rice was warm, which it shouldn’t be — especially for sushi. There was no soap in the men’s washroom. This was the worst sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to.

There's just no care anymore. Dishes are dirty every time we come and we're always given the same excuse that their dishwasher is new. I called them out tonight and I said that's enough. Your dishwasher is not new every single time we come and even if they are they should know how to wash a dish. Never any music turned on. The servers who start in the evening are friendly. However, if you're there too early you get stuck with the owners or other staff that always see miserable. When it came time to pay my bill someone came over with their airpods in and video chat call in their hand, very unprofessional. I think we're done with this place moving forward. It just sucks that it's the only all you can eat in Gatineau.

Spicy Salmon Avocado Roll and Crispy Spicy Salmon Roll were disgusting. The rice was stale and the rolls were extremely greasy. They were dripping oil. Couldn’t eat it. Also UberEats won’t refund.

Our family go-to sushi place. I’ve done quite a few, and this one always remains my favorite. Lots of variety to choose from, service pace is smooth, I’ve never had to wait for a seat even when it’s busy, plenty of parking, staff is friendly. The food is fresh and well prepared. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Highly recommend.
Usually much better. I ordered through door dash, got my order quickly but the General Tao Chicken was very old and mushy, mostly soggy batter very little chicken even the sauce was gelatinous. This clearly is not fresh, not sure how many hrs this has been sitting around 🤢 Seems like the quality is going down hill.
