Fresh food and good quantity. The soups could have a little more flavor. The vermicelli dishes are very good though.

La Maison de Nouille on Boulevard Gréber is a real hidden treasure! While the decor and exterior aren't the most impressive or design award-worthy, don't let that fool you—this restaurant focuses on exceptional food.

The soups are simply perfect. Rare beef my favorite. As for the Chicken Pad Thai, it's hard to match—perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. My girlfriend really liked it. We feel that each dish is prepared with care and passion.

Sometimes the smallest places hide the best culinary surprises, and La Maison de Nouille is a perfect example. Congratulations to the team for offering such high quality cuisine! I highly recommend.

Excellent noodle restaurant! The pho and hu tieu are absolutely delicious, with a rich, well-seasoned broth. The grilled pork is also amazing, perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The flavors are authentic and generous, and you can feel the quality of the ingredients. A real favorite for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend!

I love Vietnamese cuisine but I must be objective and honest in my comment, it is very ordinary and borderline fast food overall and I find the prices extremely exaggerated… there is much better authentic cuisine and for many cheaper!

I found this lovely restaurant in gatineau,I was very happy and impressed of the delicious meal I got,is vegetarian spring roll and vegetarian Phở, I definitely will be back again.highly recommended
