Il prend le temps de bien marier les saveurs, les différents goûts et textures. Les aliments sont bien apprêter bonne cuisson. Le service est excellent. Il propose des bons cocktails et vin pour accompagner ces plats. L'ambiance est agréable et le restaurant est très propre. Nous sommes choyé d'avoir cette qualité de nourriture et de pouvoir vivre cette expérience culinaire à Aylmer ! C'est un trésor à découvrir! À une prochaine fois

We stumbled upon Gin and Chips without a reservation, and despite being busy, Gabriel, the proprietor, warmly welcomed us. The hospitality alone made us feel like regulars, but the food took it to the next level! The fish and chips were absolutely fantastic – crispy, golden batter, fresh fish, and perfectly cooked chips. It was classic comfort food done right, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Extraordinary service, delicious cocktails and truly delicious food, impeccable presentation, fresh, tasty and excellent quality. My boyfriend and I were recently, the atmosphere is warm, friendly and the staff as well as the chef demonstrate extraordinary hospitality. As for the food, what can I say. It is a pure delight for all fish and seafood lovers. All the products are fresh, delicious and carefully seasoned, creating explosions of flavors in every bite.
It was our first time here, we didn't know we needed to make a reservation but the owner happily accommodated us. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, the owner was our server and he was very friendly. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. The oysters were fantastic and the fish and chips were perfectly cooked. The portions were also a good size, and the fish especially was very nice. We will definitely be back!
