Foods are excellent and delicious! Love those rolls, especially the one with the spider crab! The shrimp teriyaki is also very nice! Staffs are great and strive to provide good services, price is a bit more expensive but is expected in the area!

The food is amazing and the service is good when you eat inside the restaurant.
Unfortunately the online service is really bad. I tried to call for asking a easy question if the store was still open in English and the person in the other line just stop talking after 30s of trying waiting for a reply I just stop the call.
But after I asked my friend to call them in French and then they gave them a proper answear.
I won’t really have a problem if they just tell me that English service is not available but the way it was managed was really disappointing and rude.
I enjoy eating there but since that moment my perception change a lot.

I enjoyed dining at Haru Izakaya in the past, so I decided to try their home delivery for the first time. • Unfortunately, the experience did not quite live up to expectations. While some dishes, like the gyoza, spring rolls, and maki rolls, remained flavorful and pleasantly crispy, others did not travel well—particularly the katsu poutine, which lost much of its appeal in transit. • Adding to the disappointment, my order was incomplete, with the edamame missing entirely. While these issues have left me hesitant to order delivery again, I still appreciate the quality of food served in-house and will most likely be visiting the restaurant in person again.
