De loin l’une de mes meilleures expériences dans un restaurant ! Tout était parfait de l’accueil jusqu’à la cuisine. L’équipe était chaleureuse, souriante et efficace rendant de mon simple passage un moment convivial et agréable, ce qui est ma foi rare de nos jours pour un restaurant dit de “fast food”. I got a crispy chicken and asked for one that wasn't in the warmer. Supposed to take 5min minimum. And he gives me one within 2min. I tell them I want a fresh one, and look at me and say it is. It was just warm enough but not hot like I wanted. But didn't seem to understand

I went to Harveys Gatineau on blvd greber yesterday I have my two children and my wife with me I start my order by mentioning to the cashier that it's all in trio so 3 cheese in trio and croquettes in trio... I pay and she takes out the bill and puts everything on the top of the dressing bar and there I realize that I am missing two drinks I go back to see her and I tell her I am missing two fountains she tells me no sir you you ordered me 2 trios I tell her no there are 4 of us so I ordered 4 trios and she loses patience she goes to look for the manager who arrives and tells me I'm going to add the fries and fountains that I'm missing in two transactions. .. ok done that I'm already losing my patience ended up costing me 12 piaste more when initially I had already asked for 4 trios in short the order is ready I take the bag I arrive in the cart I check in my bag I still miss it my fries that she just charged me 12 piaste for... and finally no sauce for my croquettes... they had trouble communicating French and made me feel as if I was the problem in short harveys on greber could never
