Terrible experience and poor customer service! We did order 2 A01 combo 1 and charged for 2 E01 combo 1, we asked for refund for the whole thing but the employee refuses and said she cant refund it because they cooked the E01 already. First off we didnt notice right away that we were charged for the big combo, when we asked for refund after paying literally after 2mins they told us that we cant do it.

Ordered through Doordash.The chicken was good and tasty, no complaints.BUT the fries were absolutely horrific, soggy and soaking WET with water somehow, not cooked through and not crispy at all, total disaster that should never be served.I also tried the fried oyster mushrooms and they had a very bizarre acidic taste and were generally quite unpleasant, couldn't even eat more than two out of the tiny little bag you get for 5.99...
