I decided to visit this restaurant with my daughter after a day of shopping. I ordered the salmon Poké bowl, which I had ordered before, and it was great. This time around there was some thing off with the salmon. I put my plate aside and decided that I was not going to eat it. The waitress came and asked me if there was some thing wrong, and insisted on returning my plate and offering me to order some thing different. I was hesitant because I don't like returning food. What happened next blew my mind! The manager came back to my table with my plate and argued with me over the salmon And how fresh he thought it was. Meanwhile, the waitress had already admitted to me that several people return the exact same plate that day. The fish was gray and was smothered in this brownish smoked flavoured sauce, if you ask me I would see this as trying to cover up older fish from odour. He insisted to make me another plate exactly the same, and wasn't taking no for an answer so I let him. The second plate ended up tasting exactly the same as the first one which would not surprise me at all, if he just replated at the exact same dish. I took the food to go (didn't eat at all) paid for my bill, left a good tip for the waitress, and I will never return to this restaurant again. They don't believe the customer is always right over there!!

Pleasant atmosphere, with good music at an adequate volume. The cleanliness of the floors and tables very good. The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. The burgers were delicious and just the right size. The price is a bit higher than other places but the many options are worth it.

Great place to visit if in Ottawa or near by. We went their during long weekend holidays, than too hospitality was great in that much rush. Their burgers are very different, compared to what we have here in GTA. Variety of beers available which includes IPA too, if you like to try different cocktails, you would like this place much. Pricing is on higher side. Ambience: 5/5 Hospitality: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5

This place is a must try. Food is fabulous with wide variety of options. We were a large group of people but staff accommodated us really well. I would recommend The mac n cheese bites, Calimero Burger and Dallas Burgers.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Great selection of burgers as well. Perhaps just the one I picked wasn't the best (the Calimero), as the burger was a bit bland, and it definitely needed salt \\u0026 pepper, with some ketchup and mustard on it. Sides of coleslaw and fries were good. I would eat here again to try another burger.

Restaurant was extremely quiet for a Sunday lunch period. Friendly service and food was good… but nothing to rave about. The Polo Club sandwich was very large and satisfying.

A group of us went here for a birthday dinner. We were a large group (20+) so it took a long time to get our food (over 45 minutes). My husband and I ordered a burger and a poutine to share and they were both good (large portions). Our entire group was being served by only one person and her name was YOLA and she did an amazing job. She was crazy busy but managed to do it with a smile.
The burger list is so long it took me at least 15 minutes to choose. The burgers are just super great and huge, I was stuffed to the max. I was not too crazy over the beer list, that is my fault I am just a coors light or blue light beer guy, they have a real mans beer list.

Let’s start with the good, Isabelle, our waitress, who we’ve had more than once is absolutely delightful, and amazing service five star on Isabelle, the reason I gave three stars is because we asked the cooks to cut the burger in half and he refused to do it because apparently takes too long, even though I complained, the manager went on to explain that It’s also for contamination reasons, you gotta love Covid for the ultimate excuse, contamination? Same cook, same hands, same equipment,, same grill, really? Anyhow the burger and fries had zero taste, this place is really not for food. The atmosphere is great though and the staff in general is wonderful.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re already planning our next visit. The ambiance, food taste and quality, and service from friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff was our experience last night. One of the best burgers in the National Capital Region!
