Pleasant setting, friendly staff, fun robot

I went to lunch on Sunday December 22 and I found a dead fly in my plate. When the situation was mentioned to employees, no one seemed to take the situation seriously. I was offered a plate of fruit, which I did not ask for, and they suggested that I come back during the week to have my plate refunded as it was not possible to do so on site. Pay attention to health!!

It was the first time and the last. Atrocious service. Hard, cold food. Even your robot was leaking toast.

I ordered a breakfast plate that was supposed to come with, eggs, cretons , toast, bacon , ham , sausage. Potatoes, a crepe and fruits. + i ordered i chocolate milk. And i only recieved the potatoes bacon, crepe fruits & eggs that were undercooked. No chocolate milk. . I litterally recieved 5 out 10 items i paid for.. i would complain to uber eats but this was really the restaurants mistake. The plate itself was near 25 $ i paid 40 with uber and i feel like i was ripped off. Judging from reviews its a reoccuring problem for many people.

The portions were very small compared to the price. We ordered the plain omelette with fruits and potatoes. They was 2 very thin slices of fruits in our plate that were not fresh at all and it costed in total for 55$.

The egg omelette was very small. I'm very disappointed since we ordered at this place a few months ago and the portions were more generous for the same price.

We went there to see the robot bring lunch to the tables for the pleasure of our little ones. We were disappointed. The restaurant is not too well maintained, Upon entering, November 2, about 10 tables are stored, with chairs raised on each table, just in the entrance inside the restaurant. Damaged floor and surprising that the robot managed to get over it! The employee assigned us a table at the front and kindly offered us coffee. We informed her that we were expecting our grandchildren and we were not offered wax crayons (which I saw on the way out) or drawings. In the menu, it is not offered 1 egg with choice of meat, so we asked for it, and without informing us, we were charged 2 eggs with meat, $14.95, much more expensive than elsewhere and not as good! The sausages were cold, potatoes good, mini slice of pineapple with a spicy/not fresh taste, cantaloupe and watermelon. The toasts were hot. The waitress came back for coffee and kindly stopped the robot so that the children could pet its ears. I won't go back there.

Honestly, I'm not sure about the critics saying the portions are too small. Personally, we found the portions too big ... a breakfast plate with 2 eggs, a large choco/banana crêpe, 3 slices of bacon, plenty of potatoes, some fruits, and 2 slices of bread was quite generous. We rolled out of the restaurant lol.

The food was good. But, I would recommend reducing the plates by 10%-15% ... and consequently the prices by $4-$5. There's a lot of food, but a plate at $21 seems a little high for what it is.

The place is clean, but it is definitely outdated. The robot server is cool, though.

I'm giving this place overall 3 stars because of the prices.

I ordered on uber a bene smoked meat with a side of poutine, with a french vanilla. Received only the benedictine with nothing else. The meal was simply two bread and a little bit of smoked meat.. 26$ for bread and one of two pieces of meat. Will never order there again.

Fast service despite the traffic. The quantity is consistent. The pancakes are delicious.
Very clean and well maintained space. A beautiful atmosphere. Impeccable welcome and service. Technology is also there with the little server robot cat!
Coloring activities are provided for children.
Free parking right in front. Wheelchair accessible.
I highly recommend.
