Took a while to be served. Kid was walking around with the coffee pot but did not stop at any tables to fill up cups. 2 tables arrived 20 minutes after us and got their food before waitress came to take our order. Not a good experience. Time to try other places. No management or leadership evident

The waitress is so rude to the driver. I just asked how long does it take for the other. She said, I don’t know. no answer. Seems like your waiting time is useless for her. How come the restaurant doesn’t know how long does it take to prepare the order. If it takes longer, just let us know so we can cancel and accept the new order without wasting our times. Please be respect.

Reserved for 11. Took 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, so we could be sent to the back to wait for another server to seat us. Still waiting for my food after 1h20 minutes. They ran out of glasses, so they could not serve water. Ended up with a kid glass 15 minutes later. Later asked for a water refill, after 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask for water myself. Kitchen is slow, but server does not check up on the table either, and when she does she only checks in on one side of the table, and ignores our call. After a while she said the food was coming soon, we asked 30 minutes later and she said there were still a few tables in front of us. So the food was not 'coming soon' 30 minutes ago...

Lots of people, restaurant full but welcoming with a coffee when leaving. Order was taken fairly quickly but the wait was long for 3 adults and 1 child. But breakfast was delicious THANKS

I feel bad for our waitress who was really trying her best. I went there with the children during the holiday break when the restaurant had maybe twenty tables to serve. We were greeted and seated quickly and received our drinks within 10 minutes of being seated (pretty standard so far) and ordered our meal 10 minutes later (the kids couldn't choose). The food was good too. My problem is more with how slowly our meals came out of the kitchen. We waited almost an hour for these. At this point some people who arrived after us complained and left. The busboy and hostess are clearly new and lack training because during multiple downtimes they were on their cell phones instead of assisting the waitresses and had to be verbally asked several times to do rounds of coffee refilling ( They never stopped to refill my cup in passing) or clear the tables. Basically, thank you very much Julie (or Sophie?) for your impeccable service despite the shortcomings of your team that day.

Very disappointed. We wanted to share a lunch plate and we were charged $5 more. For the modest total sum of $29. At this price we would have had 2 plates. At least give 2 servings of fruit and toast. We took the lumberjack's plate. The eggs were cold, almost no potatoes, the ham - 2 cold thin slices like cold cuts?? Really disappointing. For us it was the first and last time we will eat at this place.

We waited over 1 hour 15 minutes for our lunch (3 adults, 2 children) and asked if we could have a free refill of juice for our children who had long since finished their small glass. The waitress replied, no and it's normal to wait more than an hour on the weekend!!! Really not very ordinary. I will definitely go back there and don't recommend it. Very poor service and attitude of the employees too.

Their fried and turned eggs were overcooked. Their baked beans are not homemade but canned. The atmosphere was still good, the seats comfortable and the service very good.
