La Poutinerie Albert

I’ve been coming to St-Albert on St-Joseph in Hull for over 13 years, and it never disappoints. The food quality is consistently excellent — no matter when you visit, you can count on the same great flavors, perfectly balanced and satisfying every single time.

Came here for a quick bite and got their Albert poutine. Poutine was excellent, platonic ideal of the dish. Cheese curds were fresh and squeeky, gravy was thick and rich, fries were hot and still a little crispy.

The poutine is exceptional. Drove a ways a way to try this and was not disappointed. Was curious about their array of different poutine sauces and was allowed to sample some. All of them were exceptionally delicious. Grateful to the kind staff putting up with my broken French. Coming back here again.

It's good is ok, the tables are fairly clean but rock/ tilt.

Nothing special about it, it's remarkably middle in everything it does.

Here is my experience, advice do not take poutine to bring it is really disgusting no fries
Average fresh only fries so reheated they are black and no taste and as for the chicken Burger I think she forgot the patties in the fryer so dry and the worst is that the cook who worked there this afternoon is aware of what she is doing at a given moment there are limits to the price it costs for the reheated potatoes xxx number of times you can put them in the COMPOST chives The worst if you eat there it is certain that you will have good fries fresh and delicious for take out FORGOTTEN IT WILL BE BLACK AND DRY FRIES NOT TASTE A POUTINE THAT YOU WON'T EAT BUT RATHER PUT IT IN THE COMPOST THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT TO GO TO COMPOSTING

First time at this location. My husband and I shared a jerked chicken poutine and it was very tasty. We did not have a big appetite that day so we were satisfied with portion. The jerk chicken was tasty as well as the gravy. We will return.

Everything is at a consistent level of high quality but the chicken fingers taste like the frozen ones you get at Walmart - the really cheap ones - the only really sub par food item we’ve experienced. It’s just bad - they should get a better quality supplier or stop serving it. Other than that is a great place to go and the poutines are great👍👏
