Superb welcome from the owner who took the time to introduce us to his cellar and share his passion for wine with us. The proposed wine pairing was perfect. We loved being able to purchase three bottles of private import to take home. A small downside for our waitress who was just starting out and who brought us a dish gratinated with cheese despite the fact that we mentioned that my partner did not eat cheese... Small error quickly forgiven given the beautiful evening .

Had a reservation for valentine’s day around 8pm.Waited 30 minutes before the waitress first came to see us.After having only water on our table for another 30 minutes, we decided to leave.I think our waitress was just overwhelmed with the service, which could’ve been avoided if more servers were on the floor.Disappointed since we went there before and had a great time..

My wife and I went for Valentine's Day. The server was efficient and very knowledgeable about the wines. The atmosphere was superb, with Prosecco for everyone. The arancini starter was very good, although it lacked marinara sauce. The squid was rubbery. For the main course, the lobster tail duo was good, same thing for the spaghetti carbonara, although they were quite dry. Generally, I believe that the quality of the cuisine is not what it was a few years ago. We left disappointed, considering the price of the bill. Where I was outraged was that when you pay, the terminal does not offer you the choice of entering the tip amount (% or $). You absolutely must choose one of the pre-determined choices: 15%, 18%, 20% or 25%. It would have been necessary to carry out two separate operations. Ridiculous.

This is a wonderfully romantic spot. Service was TEN stars! Staff and the Director offered exceptional service in what was a hugely memorable evening for my wife and I, celebrating 10 years. Food was excellent - prices were competitive. We will be back often!Parking: Can be tricky or go behind a street and there's a large city paid lot.
This is a very modern restaurant and located in a convenient location in the old Hull sector of Gatineau. Our server was pleasant.We were a party of 4.Unfortunately, 3 of our 4 meals were overcooked (baked too long). The lasagna was so crusty on top that you couldn't eat it. The chicken parm was dry and left too long in the oven as the cheese was crusty and burnt. Our appetizers were overcooked as well.The pasta side dishes were fresh, and their spaghetti sauce was excellent.It almost seemed like our dinner was reheated food from lunch or yesterday's dinner.Wheelchair accessibility: They are located at "ground level," so it is very easy to access.

As part of the "Outaouais on the menu" we have chosen your restaurant. We were very disappointed, the service was very slow, of the two dishes offered to choose from, you only had one left and nothing else was offered to us, better we asked for bread and in exchange we were asked for extra!!!Shocking!!!The dishes would have benefited from being a little hotter, it lacked flavor and refinement.It is understood that we will not return to the Squadra.Parking: I do not know
