Before I explain why I put a 1 star, here’s my general review; The customer service was ok, the portion sizes are small but the shawarma itself was decent. It is not my first time eating here, I usually have a good experience in general. Now, 2-3 hours after eating the shawarma, I got extremely nauseous and then started profusely vomitting. So, maybe be careful. I had the beef shawarma.

Food was good, but the person putting food on our plates was not trained properly to deal with customers. He looks grumpy, throws the food on the plate and is not patient to explain the differences between plates. (Sunday - Feb/04)

Went there on Sunday at 12 PM and took a chicken salad. The chicken looked pale at the restaurant but thought the cook knew what he was doing. Turns out most of the chicken I got was raw (pink and cold). I'm not putting my health at risk by going there again. Please be careful if you go to early even if they are open. I had to throw everything out.
Best Chawarma in town, but worst poutine I ever ate. I gave it 3 stars because, between you and me, their main purpose is Lebanese cuisine and they nailed it. But what sad is that in my platter I had mostly salad, potatoes and rice. Watch out for delivery though, if you don't count the change the guy gives you back, he can end up with a fairly good tip (nearly costed me 50% more), I counted my change once he was gone.

Ordered tonight for the first time, the service was amazing! The staff are so friendly! It really seems like they enjoy their jobs. It’s nice to see! Now the food… oh my gosh… it was amazing! I don’t know what the complaints are regarding portion sizes. They’re more than generous with everything. That poutine was bomb! I didn’t realize it was made with the garlic potatoes. I don’t know if a normal poutine will stack up to that! Thank you so much to your wonderful team!
