Frozen fries, pizza not the best, tartar looked like cat food thrown on the plate with ingredients on top and served eith just a salad and no fries, long island iced tea is not the right recipe because it clearly didn't taste like one, being served pop in the bottle is kinda not fancy, prices where not too bad, apparently in our group the best thing was the fish and chip except the fries are not made fresh. Will not go again unless things change, I was expecting more and was sadly deceived. Service was not too bad. We were a group for celebrating 3 birthdays on one occasion, we had made a reservation online.

Perfect Restaurant for a good meal before a Show at the Maison de la Culture. We took advantage of the Wednesday specials on Burgers. I brought a friend who was coming to 1973 for the first time. She really enjoyed the oven pizza. You were Delicious! Excellent service. THANKS!

Even though we had reservations, we found ourselves sitting at the bar, next to dirty glasses. The hostess insisted that this is what we requested (seats at the bar) in our online reservation, which is not true. We were a bit captive since we were going to a show straight after.
The food was OK at most (two tartare duos, and a classic hamburger). We omitted the vinaigrette in one of the salads. Some fries were simply not cooked. The hamburger's beef patty had seen the flames up close and long enough to acquire a burnt taste.
It's the kind of very noisy restaurant where you cram as many people as possible to make a big profit on food that isn't worth the price.
We will not return to this restaurant, even though it is so well located near the Maison de la Culture.

This restaurant really doesn't deserve its 3.8. The friendly waiter Sami mentioned to us that there had been a change in administration and I imagine the changes are already being felt. We were visiting Gatineau for the men's Norceca and the smell of the restaurant convinced us to go there, even though I had read the comments.
Fast service despite a group of around twenty. Generous and delicious fish & chips, my friend's pizza was wow, as was my man's burger.
