This evening we ordered a smoke meat poutine, once we got there, they told us that they had more smoke meat so she asked us what we wanted it for? We replied that we wanted bacon.... when we got home, they gave us a club sandwich with bacon only and our other poutine that we ordered was made with grated cheese. I went back to get our smoke meat poutine and asked them if there was a new recipe only to get me to say sorry, big night, we ran out of cheese. Unacceptable, why not tell us that at the start? Unfortunately for this reason we will never return.

I hate to call a restaurant near me but I'm very disappointed. 2 medium poutine for $21 ca plus the appearance of small ones. It weighs nothing, I would pay 2-3 dollars for what I got. To make sure that I see and feel the bucket is not even filled?? A big ciborium thumb is missing. so let's see. finished, I'll order from Salvatore, it's expensive but at least you get more for your money.

I like this little local restaurant. Not recommended for groups of more than 8 people when the terrace is closed. The people who work there are welcoming ☺️Quick services ? I recommend this place!Good portion especially for lunches.

The order that I picked up, so freshly made, contained a half-full container of poutine, once again! The fries, old, soft and shriveled, were so full of fat. The Burger was made with shredded meatballs from Costco or Maxi so REALLY not worthy of a restaurant. I am very disappointed to have wasted my money on such a meal...This was my second bad visit in a few months and it was the last. It all ended up in the trash, barely eaten.

Outch... I'll tell you the real things... really how sad, I ordered 4 poutines with almost no sauce and cooked and uncooked potatoes for all 4, it's really pitiful...$92 for the emptying, I regularly ordered from you and today it's over... as for the quality of the food, well you lost gallons...And that's without counting the number of times you've forgotten items in your orders...The HOOK for us is over because it's DISGUSTING...

If as a business you can't take criticism, don't be in business. You'll fail anyways.

Since the new owner the containers for the food are smaller, the containers aren’t filled (normally a quarter to half the container isn’t filled), the prices have gone up, and the quality of the food has gone down. I don’t believe the fries are fresh cut anymore and I once ordered a chicken burger and they gave me to over cooked chicken strips in a hamburger bun. Used to be a great place and sadly is no longer.

Frozen fries due to a broken frier. Tastes like a 5$ Costco poutine.
