Absolutely unacceptable service & Zero Accountability!
I ordered food directly from Le Pêle Mêle’s (Agora) website for delivery, expecting to receive my meal from them — nowhere did it say they were outsourcing delivery through DoorDash. After multiple confirmations, my order never arrived.
I went to the restaurant in person hoping they would honor the order, only to be told that once food leaves their kitchen, it’s “no longer their responsibility.” Their “ Director of operations and customer service” echoed the same dismissive message and told me to ask DoorDash for a refund — even though I paid the restaurant directly, not DoorDash.
It’s now been over a month and a half, and my emails are being completely ignored. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s a business model that avoids accountability and leaves the customer holding the bag.
I paid for a meal I never received, and the restaurant has made zero effort to resolve or even acknowledge the issue. If you care about your money or basic customer respect, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. This is theft!!!

Essai du brunch buffet, et bien ce n'est pas la folie. Cela ressemble d'avantage au déjeuner organisé par les matantes de l'association locale de motoneige plutôt qu'à un vrai buffet. Manque de variété, plusieurs produits non disponibles (sirop, nutella, lait) uniquement un déjeuner traditionnel (patate, bacon, oeuf), présentation très minimaliste, 2 bacs à nourritures qui se battent en duel, et désolé mais la poche IOGO de yogourt blanc dans un bol de glaçons, ce n'est pas professionnel . Pas de boissons autre que du café filtre. Ne vaut pas les 25$. On n'appelle pas ca un brunch mais un déjeuner. Même le Comfort Inn fait un meilleur déjeuner. Point positif : le service est aimable et le cadre du restaurant est agréable.

Excellent food. And the patio is very comfortable. The service was not impressive, the waitress never came to remove empty dishes and we had to run after her to pay. The patio is beautiful.

I would like to share my experience at Pele-Mele! Camille is a great waitress, always Very friendly! Smiling attentive! Excellent service! I had a very nice evening! Yes I will definitely come back with the experience she gave us!

Horrible experience, I was just out on the terasse with my friends it was around 2:45 am and the staff member forced me to get a beer or they were gonna kick me out of the bar. Because of her tone I chose to not give her a tip and she said word for word « where is my tip » . So I ended up giving her 4$ but still she was very rude. And I felt observed by the security guards for no reason the whole I was there. I was too drunk to finish my beer so someone outside took my glass after I told him to enter the bar with me. And then the security jumped me and escorted me out like I was a criminal 💀

We were there for a quick bite in the afternoon. Tried their smash platter and buffalo chicken wrap. Not the best chicken wings but everything was good.
c'est la première fois que nous y allons et je dois dire que c'est un service incroyable de la part des 2 femmes qui travaillaient ce soir, un excellent service, une excellente ambiance et un excellent emplacement, et le fromage en grains était excellent. Il faut absolument s'arrêter ici si jamais vous êtes dans le coin. Le pub Pele Mele est un excellent arrêt à faire

Absolutely horrible establishment, horrible staff, begs for tip on their knees while selling 12$ coronas, you get kicked out for no reason, probably a money laundering front

I recently had an extremely distressing experience at this restaurant/bar and feel compelled to share it. My husband and I were denied entry because we had a reusable bottle containing iced tea. The doorman asked us to empty the bottle if we wanted to enter, which I did on the asphalt at the side. Despite this, the doorman falsely accused us of spilling it on him, which we did not do.
He then refused us entry and any form of service, and called over a security guard. This guard, who was close to 7 feet tall and quite large, proceeded to push me and strangle me. As a woman who is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 lbs, I was clearly no threat. The guard’s actions were completely unwarranted and left me with bruises.
This behavior is unacceptable and has left us deeply traumatized. I urge the management of this restaurant/bar to address this issue seriously and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and respect of all their patrons.
We have taken legal action to bring justice to this matter and hope this never happens again to someone else. Please avoid this place at all cost especially if you’re a woman.
