We got 2 plates for take out, 1 mixed and 1 falafel, once we got home we realized that the falafel’s were missing in the bag. We called and asked if we could get a voucher of some sort. Not only did they immedialty send a driver with the falafels to our house. They sent a full new plate with added baklavas. The driver (one of the cooks) was sincerly appologetic and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of the situation. The food is always a 5/5. We want to thank management for going above and beyond and saving our friday night dinner.

I went for 2 plates of chicken and ended up with food poisoning luckily my son barely touched anything from his dish. I will never buy from this place again.

First experience and I was disappointed. I ordered two dishes which cost me $40. When I arrived home the potatoes were half cooked, the meat also didn't seem very cooked which meant that we couldn't eat everything and ultimately gave us food poisoning.

A great first experience for my daughter. The staff is super welcoming and warm, the place is clean and the food is fresh. We shared a plate of chicken (very generous portion), which we did not finish. We will have a delicious meal for tomorrow. Thank you for the excellent service!

I really had to be wary of the recent reviews online... I decided to give the restaurant a chance and order via the "skip the dishes" app. My first order at this restaurant was satisfactory and I decided to order another delivery order a few weeks later. This time, I took a mixed plate and I specified not to add salad, only rice and potatoes as a side dish. When my order arrived I received a large dish full of potatoes (really cold and bad in fact) as well as a small square dish of mixed meat, most of which was fatty and sticky meat… I didn't like it. really wasn't expecting this since my first order was superb. It's really sad, because you were truly the masters of shawarma in Gatineau & I really thought I had found a rare gem, but unfortunately that was not the case. Don't give $30 of your money to this restaurant and wait a few weeks, the amir franchise will soon set up shop at the Promenades de Gatineau shopping center & you can be sure to eat a decent dish, at least more decent than what you offers Le Palais. RUN AWAY!

Très insulter du service l’assiette était monstrueuse tout lancer dans un même plat alors que j’ai commander des extras mon plat débordait de partout c’était un vrai carnage et impossible à manger sans en mettre partout je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant !!!
