We got 2 plates for take out, 1 mixed and 1 falafel, once we got home we realized that the falafel’s were missing in the bag. We called and asked if we could get a voucher of some sort. Not only did they immedialty send a driver with the falafels to our house. They sent a full new plate with added baklavas. The driver (one of the cooks) was sincerly appologetic and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of the situation. The food is always a 5/5. We want to thank management...
A great first experience for my daughter. The staff is super welcoming and warm, the place is clean and the food is fresh. We shared a plate of chicken (very generous portion), which we did not finish. We will have a delicious meal for tomorrow. Thank you for the excellent service!
We go there once a week, everything is excellent and we always have the all-dressed chicken dish, the food is excellent! But the last 2 times we ordered them, the dishes to bring had been reduced by half! Half less chicken, rice, potatoes, hummus, no pickled onions or turnips and no tomatoes but on the other hand the price has not decreased... Usually, I have enough for two large meals and the last 2 times, I was able to eat my entire dish without problem, very disappointing....
