If it was possible I would rate it 0 stars.No service, there was so many staff but mo one was serving the floor, we had to beg the bartender to rake our order.Food was horrible, but with no staff to help we couldn't adressed it and get help.We had to pay 18$ for a nacho that was so over backed, the entire thing was dry and fused in one brick .The bathroom floor was so sticky and gross.Absolutely no positive point about this place.

Went out with my girlfriend and we hated it. They definitely overcharged and when we spoke to the manager Megan, she did nothing and spent most of her time flirting with the guy bartender.
We are from Ottawa and often go to the pub du bon vivant. On November 12, we visited the Pub and we received very rude service from the coatcheck girl, its like we were disturbing her and her friends. I never seen her there before so I am assuming she is new. I talk French, but most of my group of friends talk English, so I felt that could be the issue. If she wanted to talk and party with her friends she shouldn’t work at the front of the establishment as it doesn’t make people feel welcome.In addition, my friend went this past Thursday and received awful service from the manager, but after reading these reviews, I can see that several people have had issues with her service. We spend lots of money at this pub, so we are pretty disappointed in the service we have been receiving lately, so time to take our business to another location.Only positive thing to say about this place thar night was the excellent service received from girl that served us, she was really polite and provided us with excellent service. We had a section reserved for my friends bday.I sent a email to report my experience but never heard back from the bar which is disappointing as our reviews should help solve problems and make the placebetter fir customers.

Had reservations for a birthday party. Bouncer tried to charge us all $20 to get in. Ruined the birthday so we all left. Unless you want to hang out with 16 year Olds all night don't come here.

Great food, but the service quality is inconsistent and spotty, depending on whom is working. Also, really turns into a bar after supper about 8:30 so if that is your vibe, great. We were there for dinner, and things got a bit loud paying our bill and trying to leave. Would go back though.
